AWFUl experience. I am incredibly understanding and I know some things are beyond your control, but all I wanted after I was looked at was a price for the cleaning. Instead, I was shuffled back to the waiting room for another 45 minutes. Yes, I did ask to be checked for cavaties too but by the time I was brought back, waited in the chair for another half hour and was checked, it was time for them to close. I paid a 5 dollar co-pay to sit for 3 and a half hours, be told I had no cavaties. Another thing-- I have had numerous surgeries and many other problems, so when I am trying to explain my concerns over a long, possibly painful cleaning, it would be nice if someone listened instead of dismissing me. I know you are the expert, but I also know my chart only shows what has occurred in the last six months. Please listen to me, or at least show some consideration. I am already deathly afraid of the dentist due to past experiences.

I left in tears (probably seemed ridiculous to see a grown woman crying over this), and yes, I was angry...after a long day, no one should wait for three and a half hours to get nothing done. I scheduled further work, so I am hopeful it will get better.

In need of dental work I turned to Aspen for help. I can not hope to find better care. Dr Kennedy and the staff are second to none. Ive been to many dentists, but I'm at ease while being seen by her. She keeps me informed and talks to me while doing the needed procedures. She tells me she is temp here (Fort Myers) until a permanent Dr can be found. I'm getting my major work done by her while she's here. Thanks

I've been pleased overall so far. I feel the best part has been that of Dr. Kennedy. She has been professional in all areas and the reason I'll continue with Aspen Dental.

Normally I have a very hard time going to the dentist, but the first two appointments I have had in this office have really put me at ease. I like the laid back feel and the honesty of the entire staff. They are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Although my appointments took a little longer than expected, I understand that they were training someone, which usually involves more time and effort when someone is learning. Overall, I don't have much to complain about. I look forward to my next visit, which is strange but refreshing for me to say.

I am comfortable with the staff and dentist. I am however disappointed with being told one thing and price of treatment and then at my second visit being told I have anothe $2,000 to pay for root canals. I am prepared for the first $2,200 but don't know how I am going to handle the additional cost.I have been unemployed for 2 years and my unemployment ran out this month (12/2011) so you can see my concern. I wish I would have had the entire picture up front.

My experience was good when I went in for impressions for new dentures. The staff was friendly. However, I have to wait for 2 weeks before I can go back in to try the wax try in. Seems a little long to me. I am glad I still have my old set that that I can use in the mean time.

My family and I have had the worse experience at Aspen. The front desk staff is the least knowledgeable people I have a met in a business. I am in my early 20s and the doctor recommended having all my teeth pull and get a full set of dentures. After going to a 2nd doctor, he was appalled by Aspen's price and diagnosis.
