The staff at the Portage Aspen are great. I was missing one of my teeth and after a couple visits they replaced it with a little plastic partial that cant be seen when I smile or talk which really concerned me. I would recomend them to anyone. As a bonus the technician that made my partial is great on the eyes.

I was very nervous about coming to the dentist since it had been a long time since my last visit. Dr. David was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. the assistant who took my xrays was so very sweet. I was concerned about the cost but the office manager was very helpful at explaining payment options to me and I was able to get started the same day.

my visit at the portage aspen was great, everyone there was very busy but everyone in passing stop to cheeck on me th dental assistant were calming great with my children telling them what they were doing to me to inform them and they them know how inportant home care is.... I thought everyone there was amazing

I had to have a lot of work done and couldn't fit into multiple days/appointments. The people at Aspen dental in portage made enough time to work on me for what seemed like hours but they had enough witty banter to keep me thoroughly entertained. All in all they were professional and courteous and the dental assistants were nice to look at as well.

My experience at aspen was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable! I was a walk-in and they found time in their busy schedule to help and I thank them for that!

Everyone at Aspen Dental is astounding. The comfortable atmosphere along with the gentle touch of the doctors hands. It was an experience of a life time and I support aspens journey to the stars and back. They have made me a better person just being in the presence of excellent customer service and again I applaud the humble, joyful, and pure tangible work put back into the customers and the community!

Overall I'd have to say that I do not reccomend this dentist office. Dr. Ryan is amazing but the receptionists are TERRIBLE. I waited to talk to a Care Credit consultant and I say in the waiting room for an hour and a half before another staff stated her concern about my wait. Nothing was done about my wait. On my second appointment I ran a card and realized I needed to void it and use my Care Credit card an I waited 40 min before she flagged someone down to help her with the translation. I felt like a complete waste of time and was never achknowledged for my excessive wait time. All in all, if you expect a timely manner in any means, seek another office.
