I am very disappointed with the service I did NOT received. I broke the whole side of a molar off last Friday evening exposing a nerve. Over the weekend I called for an appointment.and could not be scheduled until Tuesday. After cancelling another appointment, driving an hour to the office, and waiting another 45 minutes, I was seen very briefly by the dentist who said I would have to come back to have work done. That brief visit was $71 and nothing was done beyond the x-ray taken. I was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday (6 days after the tooth broke). Thursday morning I received a call canceling that appointment because "the Dr. was having a baby".(I hope it was his wife who was giving birth) They could not reschedule me until the following Tuesday. That is 11 days after the tooth broke. When I asked the person who called if she knew any other locations I could go for the procedure, she said she didn't know of any. For a professional office with patients depending on your service, knowing of the pending birth, arrangements SHOULD have been made to cover the dentist's absence. I have increasing pain, praying that the tooth has not gotten infected and knowing it will be 5 more days before being seen! In the past I have been called to reschedule a routine check up because someone else had an emergency, to bad the favor was not returned when I needed it.

came in for a tooth extraction, dr was unable to get the novacaine in the right place and it hurt so much, I will never go back!

I am very upset with aspen dental at this point I have been since nov.2011 trying to get a set of dentures made.and her it is Jan.2012 and still no dentures,I have had to travel to wtvl which is 35miles from my house every week.and on the day before I was to recieve them, the lady that finishes them up is out sick don't know when she is going to be in, that happened last time I was to get them which was in dec 2011 and they had to start all over again that meant another impression,2 wax fittings so there went another 3 weeks.had to do this twice.still haven;t got them.

I've been embarrased by having dentures but the people at Aspen Dental make you feel unashamed and comfortable. My new dentures are so comfortable sometimes I forget I have dentures, thank you so much for giving me back my smile!

I found the Staff at Aspen Dental in Waterville to be very kind and helpful. The Dentist who came in to check me was very helpful as well. We have a treatment plan and I am very anxious to get my treatment under way. Thank you Aspen Dental.

My overall experience was good. The staff, including the doctor, were very friendly and personable. X-rays were taken and then I had a consultation with the doctor. A plan was outlined as to what would be done first, sort of a priority list. The next person explained the charges and what our insurance should pay. It being an estimate I realize it may or may not be that exact amount. An appointment was made to start the game plan. The atmosphere of the practice was pleasant. I look forward to my first appointment to start my procedures.

The provider that performed my root canal saw that I was a bit nervous and took the extra time to explain to me what the procedure was all about. This was very reassuring as many would have just run though to get it over with.

The office staff at Aspen is incredible. My wife typically handles appointments and billing in my household and they have no problem working with her.
