Well Don I have to say that I have never a a review less than 41/2 stars and well you writing this review without even knowing if we fixed the problem that they didn't is offensive in many ways. The warped rotors we machined had to do with them being overheated as we discussed. I don't know how out of adjustment the rears are UNTIL we adjust them! Sorry Don I don't have a crystal ball, just 36 years of running a professional shop. Meanwhile the other Dakota has been here for over 10 days, we spent time on it and parking is a premium. I won't charge the customary fees Don but .... Don you need to bark at those whole didn't preform and sorry you feel how you do towards people who really do care for their customers. Maybe that's why we have so so many satisfied customers, 36 years later. John Guenther
