It was not a great start. As a first time patient I was disappointed in how long my wait time was. I arrived early as instructed and didn't see any one for an hour and a half. Had someone told me why, I probably could have helped expedite the situation. I was told there was a problem with my insurance AFTER I asked what the hold up was. It would have been nice for someone to tell me why I was waiting forever!
Once I got to see someone everything was great. I will be back. But please, in the future, have the reception staff let me know why I'm waiting for so long.
