My first appointment as a new patient was longer than anticipated. I was there for nearly two hours. The only thing done during my initial visit were x-rays.
I was expecting to get my cleaning done, but that meant I would've been there for who knows how much longer. After the two hours, I was told to sit in the waiting room until I was called back into the room again to have my cleaning done.
I left and scheduled an appointment to come back at a later time.
I called the office the day before my appointment and the receptionist couldn't find my appointment in the system. I told her I'm staring at the appointment card I received and it says appointment is tomorrow. She says I'm not in the system. I tell her to double check again if I have an appointment at all, because if I do...to please cancel it. She tells me again that I have no appointment scheduled.
So ... Of course I was surprised when I received a text today to confirm my appointment for Thursday (not what was listed on the appt card). I called the office again and asked that my appointment be canceled.
I think it's finally canceled (maybe?).....
2 stars ---the people I spoke to were pleasant.
