Your company is very reliable. You come on time , and always make sure everything works perfectly. But Wewould really like having THE SAME PERSON every time the equipment is serviced. Now this time LOUIE, was here, HE IS VERY THUROW AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! WE would be happy if he is our service person,,,,,

We try and send the same technician to customer's homes and if you have a technician whom you like, such as Louie, tell the office when you call in and we will do our best to have him come to your home. If we are unable to accommodate that request for whatever reason (i.e., vacation, illness, kids', etc) we can call you and offer you the option of rescheduling for maintenance. We always send technicians based upon availability (whoever is closest) for issues so that youR system is up and running as quickly as possible.
