Your company is very reliable. You come on time , and always make sure everything works perfectly. But Wewould really like having THE SAME PERSON every time the equipment is serviced. Now this time LOUIE, was here, HE IS VERY THUROW AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! WE would be happy if he is our service person,,,,,

We try and send the same technician to customer's homes and if you have a technician whom you like, such as Louie, tell the office when you call in and we will do our best to have him come to your home. If we are unable to accommodate that request for whatever reason (i.e., vacation, illness, kids', etc) we can call you and offer you the option of rescheduling for maintenance. We always send technicians based upon availability (whoever is closest) for issues so that youR system is up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you for allowing us to be your Heating & Air Conditioning Company!

We've used A-team for years. They have a 'customer friendly' and 'your problem is our problem' attitude.They've always been able to get someone out to diagnose and reccomend a course of action w-in 24 hours. Not the cheapest, but when you have a problem with your air conditioner, cheap is not what you want anyway..

A Team Services responded immediately when I called for an estimate. I had an estimate the next day and the install was scheduled two weeks later. Could have been sooner if we desired. The installers were excellent. The job was done in about 4 hours. We needed some adjustment to the air flow and the company owner came and did the adjustments immediately. Excellent service. Best price of the 4 estimates we received. A Team recently received the contract to handle the central HVAC system in our condo building and we have had similar good response for that system. A Team Services is a smaller local company with emphasis on customer service and quality.

Absolutely superb service from the A-Team. If we ever decide to move or sell our home. we will have to ask the A-Team to be out A/C people.
Greg is a terrific employee , he goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best service from the A-Team.
