Your company is very reliable. You come on time , and always make sure everything works perfectly. But Wewould really like having THE SAME PERSON every time the equipment is serviced. Now this time LOUIE, was here, HE IS VERY THUROW AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! WE would be happy if he is our service person,,,,,

We try and send the same technician to customer's homes and if you have a technician whom you like, such as Louie, tell the office when you call in and we will do our best to have him come to your home. If we are unable to accommodate that request for whatever reason (i.e., vacation, illness, kids', etc) we can call you and offer you the option of rescheduling for maintenance. We always send technicians based upon availability (whoever is closest) for issues so that youR system is up and running as quickly as possible. I purchased a new air conditioner at the recommendation of the technician because my air conditioner (which was working) could not cool on very hot days. I would set at 70degrees and it could only cool to 78degrees. With the new unit it will now only cool to 76 degrees on a hot day. Paid thousands of dollars and THEN THE TECNITION said I needed more insulation . Really feel I was taken advantage of!!!!!

A problem was identified by the technician during the visit last winters, it required material, time and substantial effort. It involved coating and sealing a hole through which air was leaking. I was quoted $280 for that and that made sense ..
Now during this visit, the technician couldn’t replicate the exact problem identified last time, and just added a glue tape in 5 mins, something I could have done easily too..He too felt uncomfortable charging $280 and then asked for $200 after I asked.
To be honest, this was not the fix needed ( you can check with the technician who originally found the problem) and moreover - the current fix was not more than $50 dollars in my opinion..
