Your company is very reliable. You come on time , and always make sure everything works perfectly. But Wewould really like having THE SAME PERSON every time the equipment is serviced. Now this time LOUIE, was here, HE IS VERY THUROW AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! WE would be happy if he is our service person,,,,,

We try and send the same technician to customer's homes and if you have a technician whom you like, such as Louie, tell the office when you call in and we will do our best to have him come to your home. If we are unable to accommodate that request for whatever reason (i.e., vacation, illness, kids', etc) we can call you and offer you the option of rescheduling for maintenance. We always send technicians based upon availability (whoever is closest) for issues so that youR system is up and running as quickly as possible. Lane Veterinary Services
Our girl, Hunnie was born Nov 8, 2008. She became a regular at Lane Veterinary Services when diagnosed diabetic in 2015. Hunnie was a model patient and loved the staff at Lane Veterinary Service. She lived a full life in spite of quickly going blind after her diagnosis. This is due to the wonderful care she received and thorough training we received for her care. Hunnie lived to 11 years old, which is average for her breed. She may still be around had she not gotten an infection. Hunnie was too weak from her illness and age to put her through surgery. We had to make the difficult decision to end her suffering. On December 29, 2019 Dr. Lane and Patsy helped Hunnie cross that Rainbow Bridge. They were so respectful of her and us throughout the process. The Lane Family remain a part of our family.
