I have been going to you for years. My doctor prescribed a RX for me and I went to the front desk. The YOUNG GIRL went into my chart and said she would sent it to my pharmacy. She never sent it so if I hadn’t already had some
E medicine at home I would have gone the entire weekend without medicine. The girl was young laughing and too busy talking. Any doctor I have gone to enters the prescription himself into the computer. I believe this is what you should start doing

The new building is lovely, Dr. Kristan is great, and the young lady who did the preliminary testing was very good. Unfortunately, what could/should have been an excellent experience was marred by the reception area. There were quite a few people on line to check in with no obvious way to social distance, and in that line was woman checking out, required to wait on line again. And the receptionist was rude.
