EVERY TIME I GO TO THE EYECARE CENTER IN LAGUNA WOODS
IT'S LIKE THE FIRST TIME THE STAFF HAS EVER SEEN ME.
ASKING QUESTION THAT SHOULD BE ON FILE,OVER AND OVER
AGAIN. THE STAFF DOESN'T GIVE YOU AM APPOINTMENT IF
YOU ARE IN A STATE OF A NERVIOUS BREAK-DOWN. FROM THE TIME YOU ARE TO REPORT THE WAIT IS 1-3 HRS. I HAVE EYE SPASMS AND HAVE BOTOX, THE STAFF ACTS AS IF I'M THERE FOR BEAUTY . DUE TO LACK OF EDUCATION IT'S HARD TO FIND A DOCTOR WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO TREAT MOVEMENT DISORDER. DR. LOGAN IS THE GREATEST.

On another note, your office could use some serious updating. I feel like I'm in a time warp when I come in. Everything looks worn and outdated.
