This is the only dentist I know of where all of the staff are always in a good mood. I've been going to Dr Rafie for over three years now and he and the rest of the staff are always in a good mood and always make time to answer any questions.

Dr Rafie can seem a bit rushed, but if you ask him questions he will always take time to answer them fully. He is also a bit more expensive than other dentists, but he is definitely worth the extra cash considering his skill level and manner.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences. It is always a pleasure to see you and your wife! We look forward to seeing you both on your future appointments.

Everyone at A to Z Dental was very patient with me and my dental anxiety. The experience was very difficult and emotional for me, and the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable through a tough situation. I was able to make it through x-rays, fillings, and I go back once more for a crown. I still feel extremely anxious with each visit, but I know the A to Z staff will take their time to assure my visit will be positive.

I have been hurt repeatedly at this office

A to Z Dental replied:

Dear Vonda;

We feel terrible that you felt too much pain. Your tooth was infected and a 3 unit bridge was failing. We had to remove the infected tooth and section the bridge. Also, we placed bone graft and performed another surgical procedure (Ridge Expansion) to be able to place 2 implants. Both procedures are difficult and painful. Doctor suggested sedation but due to financial and cost for sedation, sedation was not done. As the result we were only able to use local anesthetics and prescribe pain medications and since your body consumes local anesthetics too fast you experience pain more than others. We recommend that you have sedation for future dental and surgical procedures. Thanks you for your feedback.
