My appointment was at 1:45 and I wasn’t seen till 2:15. David had my hair washed then I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes. When I was seen after telling him I had something afterwards he cut my hair while I stood! It was horrible, the charge was 220 even though I left with my hair wet and he said he would give me a discount. Never going back.

I tried to call you & even sent you a text message to discuss your disappointed visit at my salon but no reply from you so please allow me to do so here w/ my take to your criticism & your rude & false comments!

Your appointment last Tuesday w/us was at 2pm (we never book on 15 minutes increments) & I had you in my chair at 2:15 for a full 10 minutes consultation to go over your desires along w/my suggestionsÂ¦

Once agreed we had you shampooed & started on your haircut shortly thereafter !

All in all your total waiting time was about 30 minutes which at any quality salon of our caliber is not uncommon at all as we are not a mall salon !

Yes I did cut your hair standing up & certainly not to get you out quicker as you make it sound, but as it is one of my techniques mostly when working with a tall person with very long & very thick hair like you so the hair doesn't hit the back of the chair when sitting & get in the way !

To my recollection you loved it (or at least that is what you claimed then) & very happy with the result!

As to leaving with you hair wet it's true you did but allow me to remind you that was YOUR choice not mine because you were in a rush & wanted to go so your boyfriend could make it to his own haircut appointment elsewhere !

Yes I did offer you a discount & applied it right away to compensate you for not having a blow-dry (again YOUR choice) & took off $40 from your bill & no you did not pay what you claimed you did!!

I would suggest next time you visit any salon of our caliber to allocate a bit more than 1 hour for your service as we take time & pride to serve our customers again we're not a mall salon!!

I'll admit being very surprised at your comments as I thought we had a great conversation as to where you went to school & all your advice that you shared with me since this is the same one my daughter will be attending!

Please forgive my defensiveness to your rude comments as I would've preferred to keep it private instead of sharing it on this platform but I wanted to make sure my side was also read by all as well although your negative & false comments will not affect our ratings!

Looking forward to not having you back at my salon !!!
