Needing my hair colored badly! Jamie was there waiting for me when I walked in, Rochelle offered me a beverage, everyone is there to welcome you and get you started. David ( the owner ) came over to visit and catch up with me, as my hair was processing. He’s always so kind and so very personable. It’s like home to me.

What am I looking for in an auto repair shop? Honesty, diagnostic capability (versus hit-and-miss part swapping at my expense), courtesy, and professionalism. These attributes seem self-evident, but are so hard to find today in the auto maintenance service sector. Eurocar-werk is unique and a definitive exception. That's why I'm a repeat customer and recommend them to friends and colleagues. In my service visit this week, Eurocar-werk again delivered and made me smile. Eric, the owner, discussed my Boxster's immediate problem with me personally. He noted additional work that could be performed, but was not pushy at all about pursuing it. He returned my vehicle at the promised time (faster than I imagined possible), problem solved, and pricing was fair. I left the shop with the feeling a friend had helped me out of a bind. That's service -- that's Eurocar-werk. For me -- Eric and his crew are the only bunch that will ever touch my car. Nope, this is not a cliche' -- they're that good!
