Trina has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. We have gone from perms to straight. short and long. She was there for all 3 of my daughter's graduations and one daughter's wedding. Now, she cuts my grandchildren's hair. I have referred many friends and colleagues.

I have had good experiences for the most part (2 times before), but recently I brought a picture of my haircut to the person assigned to cut my hair and he seemed to totally ignore it or was not able to reproduce the cut. He ignored my request to thin the hair out and to style it the same way as before and as a result I could not see that it was being done correctly. He did not listen to my request that it was a "TRIM" and not a cut. I was frustrated and did not feel he made any effort to do what I asked. I asked for a manager and got a co-worker who fixed my hair somewhat, but still it was shorter than I asked and still not the cut that I wanted. Being able to cut hair is important, but most important is being able to listen to the client and interpret what it is they are looking for - especially when a photo is given to them.

I have been going to Terez B for many years now. I have tried a few different hair stylists on occasions I can't book Terez but no one gives me the perfect haircut like she does. You can see the passion she has for this field and she is always smiling and such a good lady. She is not allowed to retire!
