I have been going to this salon for 10 years and yesterday was my last visit!! Terrible decision to close the convenient Southside location for the nightmare Town center location. The salon was packed, loud, kids??, There was nothing relaxing, spa like, or upscale about this revamped salon. A very expensive Supercuts vibe! The stylists deserve much better, especially Sarah who is the best and will be missed.

I am sorry that the experience at the Town Center location was not what you expected. The decision to close the Southside location was a hard one and was due to not being able to negotiate with the landlord. The space was too big for us.
Thank you for support over the last 10 years. You will be missed.
