I've been a satisfied customer for 5-6 years -- since a friend employed by AAA back then referred me to Austin's. It's the first truly ethical auto service I've ever dealt with. They never disappoint. They stick to their estimates to the penny. The attitude and manner of every employee is friendly, honest and one can tell they're happy employees because of the genuineness of their manner. Every chance I get, I recommend Austin/s to friends. They're above superior.

Well as a first time customer, your performance was disappointing. I must say that your receptionist Jamie was very good .

Now for the rest of the service. My car is 18 months old ( 2021 Honda Accord) with 2,874 total miles. I explained that I should be “ Exempt on Emissions “ as a result. When I picked up the car I reviewed the charges in the parking lot. I saw that I was charged $ 19.99 for Emissions so I had to go back in. Then it was explained there is still a charge even though I am exempt for labor. Ok. Then I get back in the car, drive one block and my oil light is on the dashboard saying “ 50 percent life”.

Now I am getting annoyed at the lack of attention to detail. So I go back a second time and they said “ Sorry we did not calibrate your system “. I do not know how to do this so next time you mess with a new customers computer, put it back where it was when I came in.
