Over priced. Screws its clients. Went in for a busted washer pipe they tried to chare me upwards of 420. Got it done 10 minutes away for 150. They see a girl come in and think they can overcharge her. I was practically crying on the phone about money. Jerks

After some internet research I decided to take my newly acquired 1994 Jeep to AutoAid. Per, whom I spoke with on the phone when I called, was quite knowledgeable and previously owned a vehicle almost identical to mine, which always makes me, as a customer, feel more comfortable.

I went in for a diagnostic and the issues with my vehicle were exactly as Per and I had assumed. One part had to be ordered and, only because the delivery truck was as slow as molasses, it had to be installed the next morning. I was heading to the airport that day so it was important that my vehicle was done first thing in the morning so I would have time to pick it up. Per assured me it would be taken care of and first thing that morning he called me with good news.

The guys working the office are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and treated all of the customers with a friendly, small-town charm.

I would absolutely recommend AutoAid for any mechanical repairs, even a simple oil change.

The cooling system in my Gran Am has been a long-term source of frustration for me. Recently I found coolant leaking out even after refilling the overflow reservoir. I took the car to Auto Aid and had them do an initial pressure test/diagnosis. The results were that the water pump had broken and the reservoir (radiator reserve tank) had cracks; both units were replaced the same day. The shop also drove me home and picked me up when the work was finished. Even though it was an expensive job, it was necessary to have it completed and I'm glad that Auto Aid did it.

There is no other auto repair shop in the Los Angeles area. There is no reason to take your car anywhere else. Why go somewhere else when the guys at Auto Aid know you by name. It's important to trust your mechanic and I have 110% trust in Auto Aid. Always a good experience.

I always like dealing with you guys which is why I come back. Good experience with the Nissan Altima a couple weeks ago. Thanks! My Ford Ranger was in this week for a quick check-up, oil/filter change and fix of some "stray" wiring left un-tucked from a previous visit and instrument lighting panel removal and light replacement. I asked you to check the A/C and squeaking breaks and we decided not to pursue brake fix. However, my fan when running the A/C (at any speed) now rattles and it didn't prior to bringing it in this week. Did anyone check before releasing the vehicle back to me? I didn't use it Wednesday night after picking up because the weather didn't require use of A/C. Yesterday it did and the minute I turned it on, it made a rattling noise. Thought it might go away after a few seconds but it won't stop. Now annoying. I trusted that your mechanics would have checked the system before calling it "okay" but the very first time I put it to use after picking it up from you there is a constant rattle. It didn't make any noise before but now does. An odd coincidence and now needs fixing. Please call so I can schedule and bring in next week.

I loved that I was able to receive a "same day" appointment and the service was outstanding, again. This is my 2nd time here and will definitely return if I need to. Work is excellent as well as the staff.
