First visit to this company. Was treated with respect.. Nice environment for me to wait while service was completed.

The location was a little difficult to find and the entrance was not clearly marked. But the service was excellent and that's what I went there for!

This was my first time coming to Auto Excel and I left very impressed. Dallas was very thorough and took the time to review everything with me. Customer service is clearly a priority at Auto Excel. Washing the car was a very nice touch and I will most certainly be back!!

I took my mini Cooper in had shifting problem, so they said I had voltage problem so they recommended me change alternator 1800.00 Dollars . So did that and got car picked up and it's still having problems all my lights on dash are on and battery is low...So what did they do for me????they said it would help come find out transmission is bad also which is what we thought 1st but they knew I wouldn't replacement that so they made this voltage deal up to make $$$off of me .....So know I'm out and they made out ...Will never go there again should of went to dealer like I was going too...Also lost my key so when I called to order one they told me 100 dollars more then dealership because key needed programmed and it really didn't it work just fine without programming ...so they lied tried get me spend more money then needed...I've learned so much outta this my eyes be open next time and these scammers won't get another dime from me..So if you wanna get ripped off just go to auto excellent for a bad experience...Good luck.....

The Service Rep was helpful and pleasant concerning the 2nd opinion diagnostics I requested.

He went over the report of findings and disagreed with several of my BMW Dealer's Condition Report regarding need for a new Transfer Case, but did agree that a new Vanos Solonoid needed replacement/repair. There were a few other items that he made me aware of needing replacement or attention that were not on the BMW Dealer's condition report, so I am in the process of scheduling an appointment to address the necessary repairs.

Very professional staff, who are also friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to work with me to address key things that needed immediate attention and get my vehicle fixed very quickly. They also offer financing options if that's something you may need. Definitely check them out.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my BMW. Texting their diagnosis along with photos of problems with your vehicle is a great idea. Great guys and professional service. The service department at Don Jacobs BMW could learn a lot from these guys.

I had a very good experience with this company. They were friendly and gave me a detailed report of what my was going on with my car. They gave me a price for the repairs and that did not change. I am completely satisfied and now I have found a auto repair facility that I can take my vehicles to.
