I have used Auto Fitness Center for 10+ years. Their mechanics are certified and do excellent work. I have never felt overcharged - ever, If work is needed, a mechanic will sit with me and explain what needs to be done now, or work that needs to be done eventually, but can wait for several months.
The Center's mechanics are very personable, friendly and hands on. They take great pride in their work and treat customers with the utmost respect.
They have six bays for working on cars which allows for faster service and indicates their total commitment for their specialty of fixing cars all day, instead of pumping gas and fixing cars.
Personal service can include driving you to your office after dropping off your car in the morning. They also have an "Early Bird" slot where you can leave your car keys safely inside the office, so you can drop off your car the night before or early morning if you have an appointment with them.
They are easy to find. Straight shot off of 127, take 9th Avenue Drive (the road next to Shook and Tarlton). Dr. Garlitz office is at the end of that road on the left. Turn right, drive for 130 seconds and Auto Fitness is on your left.
They repair all makes and models.
They do the job right the first time and guarantee their work. If the car does feel right after repairs, you can call and bring it over, usually the same day for repairs, if needed.
I have never had a problem after repairs.
They also have an excellent up-to-date computer system which will print out a post card which is mailed to you reminding you it is time for a tune-up. oil, change, filter replacement, etc. It is up to you whether you want to follow-through on their notice to you. They will not call you and pressure you to come in.
I recommend them very, very highly.
