The guys at Auto-Lab are definitely worthy of commendation. Whenever my car gave me trouble they would give me a clear diagnosis and explain to me what was wrong and what would correct the issue. They never made me spend more money then I needed too and even when I was moving out of state they guided me through using different features of my car to deal with different weather scenarios. While living out of state, I went to a mechanic that I felt like was steering me in the wrong direction. I immediately called and left Auto-Lab of Lauderhill a voicemail and they even helped me over the phone. The guys here have treated me like family. It was very hard finding honest technicians who would rather teach their customers instead of letting them get ripped off. I am extremely grateful for this company and their workers and when I move back to broward my 19 year old truck and whatever new car I get will only visit Auto-Lab for absolutely everything car related.

Have not been as happy as in the past. Seems as if customer service is not a major concern. Had to return because tires were not checked properly.
