I am sorry that we did not do enough to earn your business. We quoted a factory replacement part that we offer a 24 month, 24,000 mile parts and labor warranty. If your car were to break down 10 miles from here and we determined that our part caused your breakdown we would cover the tow also. We need to make sure that we communicate the value that comes with using parts that are designed to last years like the alternator that came with the vehicle. To be fair to us the alternator price with labor was not $1032.00, that price was for more items that the vehicle needed . Again that lapse in communication is my responsibility so I am sorry that you left here believing that that was the price for that repair. Still not the $434.00 you had found . We pray for the opportunity to see you again someday.
