First of all my name is Matthew not (Mat), second of all I don't understand why I just paid $95.00 for a oil change, tire rotation, and check engine light read out. Finally I had asked about a support bar under my truck and was told if we can get one we will fix it, I looked under my truck and saw it removed with no new one on it, (looks like it didn't get fixed which was not told to me.) I have taken my truck to the shop three times and have spent almost $4,000 dollars on several repairs. I understand repairs are expensive and things have to get repaired but I just laugh with my friends and call it the thousand dollar shop because that's what I pay each time.

Matthew let me start by saying, I am sorry for the incorrect name on you're account, we put names in as they are said to us, so we are sorry for having that wrong. As to the work done to your vehicle referring to you're mention of the $95.00 you spent for an oil change ($28.85)& tire rotation($12.00)& the engine light on ($45.00), the engine light was on for a problem your computer recorded a code for, which our tech then took that information to find the actual problem with your vehicle right down to the problem and what part needed to be replaced, and at that time you declined the repairs. You didn't pay for any repair just the time you approved before the work was done for diagnose's. Also you have mentioned that there was a support bar that had been removed from your vehicle and not fixed, again as requested by you we inspected your truck and found a rotted/ rusted away support bar that is no longer available from the manufacture or any outside source's. We removed the rest of the bar as requested by you, so that the remaining piece would not cause you anymore problems. For the last part of you coming in and spending thousands of dollars at this repair shop, reviewing your history of the last 3 years of repairs of you coming in 3 times( once every year) your are correct you have spend a couple thousand with us but not near the number you refer to, far less then that number by our legal accounting information. So please if your not happy with the service provide let us know so we can work with you to provide the best service we can, and if you feel that you have to post negative reviews please make sure they are a little more accurate to the truth. Thank you again for giving us the chance to explain the correct account of what happen during you're repairs.
