Auto Connection was able to quickly get me in for a general and winter-ready maintenance before I left on a trip to South Dakota. They were courteous on the phone and in the office. I particularly liked that the mechanic came in and told me the work that needed to be done and weather I OK'd it or not. He also gave me a list of work I needed in the near future, so we could budget for it.

We were referred to auto Connection last week, went in, received an estimate on the specific problem, and also given some information about some other needs. The work was completed yesterday. We were very pleased. Having been in auto shops before that were not too customer friendly, it was very nice to see such a nice clean waiting area. The people were very friendly.
