Napa Auto Care took care of my vehicle in a timely manner, they replaced my radiator and repaired my window in 2 business days .They also did it for the price they quoted me at and gave me a payment plan option with 0 interest for 6 month with the Napa credit card. This was my second teenager to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at Wisdom Teeth Only's Provo location. Both times, the knowledgeable staff dealt very well with our complicated insurance coverage (two companies, each of which can be primary depending on the specific situation). Both kids were in and out very fast once they were taken back.
Also, as I was waiting, I overheard a phone conversation between office staff and an irate customer. Everyone within earshot was impressed by her professionalism in dealing with an obviously difficult person. We overhead her calmly saying, "We can't reschedule you because of the way you treated the staff when you are here." and later, "The fact that you are cursing at me on the phone will not make me reschedule you. This kind of treatment is the reason we can't reschedule you." She was polite and matter-of-fact through it all.
When I set up my daughter's appointment, I actually called Wisdom Teeth Guys instead by mistake. The address seemed to near the same location, so I thought I had the same place. When they told me that I would use the elevator to go to the 3rd floor, I realized my mistake (Wisdom Teeth Only is on the ground floor). I thought about just keeping the appointment, but I felt more comfortable going to a place I knew would do a good job for the lowest out of pocket. I canceled that appointment and rescheduled with Wisdom Teeth Only. Not worth taking a chance when it comes to my children and surgery...
I have 3 more children, and they will all be going to Wisdom Teeth Only!
