Not only are we one of the best wheel alignment shops in Florida, but we're also one of the best full service auto repair and maintenance shops in the area too. The repair was fine. I called about 12$0 saying I needed a tire repair. I was asked to bring it in around 2. I said I would be there and I would wait for it. At 2 I brought the car in but no one was available to repair the tire. I obtained a ride and was asked to come back around 4pm. I returned at 4 and no one had repaired the tire so I waited about 25 minutes while they repaired it. If I had been told they were too busy, I could have saved myself a lot of wasted time

I had emailed Pete and will call him later.It seemed were were busy and we"dropped the ball'. I will be reviewing this with my Employees involved.It seems we had poor communication and/or forgot the tire needed to be fixed.

Thanks for exemplary service on my 1998 Buick Park Avenue. As you recall, I had AC repairs including heater core, dryer, evaporator core, compressor, etc ... lengthy job and I appreciate great service on a nasty job.
I also had Cruise Control Module replaced. I appreciate you and your folks going the extra distance on alternatively recommending a used cruise module for my older car. I know you went to great lengths in obtaining a working "used" module. Again, I appreciate all the work you and your service techs do on a regular basis.
