I bought a 2003 325xi from these rats with the promise it would require very little maintenance because the car only has 70,000 miles on it. When I purchased the car it had brand new Cooper tires on it and I paid extra to have them replaced with my own snow tires and keep the ones that came with the car. When I went to pick it up they told me that my tires had disappeared and gave me old, used, nearly bald tires instead.
In addition to having to paint half of the car that was discolored and full of scratches with chipped paint, I have replaced thousands on dollars worth of parts, some twice, within less than 4 months of owning the car.
The key to start the car stopped working after 2 weeks of owning the car, which cost $300 to replace. I have needed to change all of my headlights and tail lights and once instead of charging me $15 for a headlight, they charged me $150 and it took almost a month to get my money back from this "mistake" charge.
After only 6 months of owning the car and needing it towed twice, it completely died. The carfax I was given was not true to the condition of the car and none of the parts I was promised would be replaced or fixed before taking the car were.
