When our Mitsubishi 3000GT A/C disastrously failed, I contacted Autovaun Automotive Services for repair estimates, which other repair companies had told us, "Good luck!". These folks are amazing! After speaking with Jesse, I knew this was the place for us!

Jesse called me back and scheduled an appointment immediately to assess the damage and required repairs. Throughout the repair service, not only did he keep us abreast of the rock-solid ongoing repair progress, but he gratiously provided transportation to/ from his business to our home, offered a military doscount, and a 24-month/ 24,000 mile warranty, whichever is best for us.

His repair time and cost estimates were "spot on".

Jesse's team at Autovaun Automotive Services provides the best outstanding customer service and repair, second to none. They are the standard for others to emulate.

I highly recommend these folks when you need repairs.

Most of the time its an emergency when you have to deal with an auto repair shop and this time was no exception. Unfortunately this time.was caused by a different mechanics shops mistake. Thankfully AutoVaun and Josh were able to find and fix the problem and dealt with the other shop for me. Thank you AutoVaun for being a business with integrity.

dropped off truck for 85K maintenance, changing front shocks and oil change.. Rick @the front desk is always courteous and very helpful. Truck was done on time to the quote they provided. for the 85K maintenance they researched all records to determine no work was required.

Fantastic service. First time customer... customer for life!

This man knows his technology!

He knows how to operate a business!

But most importantly,

He CARES.

He cares about his customers. Almost impossible to find today.

But he cares most about HIS FAMILY.

Running a local business is extremely hard. His is successful.

It could be MUCH larger than it is, but it isn't.

The reason why?

That care for his family.

Nothing is more important to him than his family.

I have been taking my vehicles here since 2005. The staff is always helpful, informative and fair. I have had new Lexus services here as well as a 1976 Jeep. They are experts in their field!
