I’m still appalled at the price charged. It took 2 visits to get the exhaust fluid filled and fix a leak in a tire. Total cost $575. $92.66 to remount the tire even though it was supposed to be fixed the first time. The charge was $30 per gallon for exhaust fluid. Local parts stores charge $16.99. A markup is fine, bit almost 100%. Since you didn’t fix it correctly the first time one would think I’d get a break on labor instead of being gauged. The fact that it took 3 gallons is because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. This maintenance is required once a year. Not every two months.
When I said something she reduced the charges a bit. Well that’s a red flag. You should be able to stand by your fees.
