Accommodating, professional and kind! Only an appointment for an inspection sticker but I always know I won’t have any issues here, even on a tiny level.

Years ago I always brought my Volvo to be served here. Although I’ve used the BMW dealership in Stratham For many years with no problems, During the pandemic I’ve wanted to use local small businesses, so I came to you for an oil change, and to give me an estimate on replacing my brakes. Your price for both were more than the dealer. I paid over 165.00 to Essentially have an oil change. The dealer would have charged me nothing for a quote on brakes. The dealer price for brake pads and rotters and labor was 1200 to 1400. I ended up going someplace else and I was charged under 900, which included a pretty new loaner. I did not feel safe in the antiquated Volvo you supplied. I was really hoping to be able to use you guys again. You were wonderful when I had an issue with a flat tire several months ago. We are disappointed that your visit was not what you were expecting based on your Volvo visits years ago. We performed a Full Synthetic Oil and Filter Change maintenance service,for $98.35 and our recollection is that you asked us to check your brakes due to a" noise". We complete a multi-point inspection with our Full Service Oil and Filter Maintenance service, but when someone specifically requests that we "check brakes" because of a noise, our ASE Certified technicians remove the wheels to thoroughly inspect all the brake components. We use factory Original Equipment parts and our technicians are factory trained, therefore we may be priced higher than some shops. For 44 years we continue to stand behind our work as you may recall from your visits of an earlier era . Our loaners are free to customers. Yes, they are dated but pass both NH and Maine inspection criteria. We are happy that you have found another shop for the repairs that were quoted which may better suit your needs.

Always get great service and repairs at Autoworks. Work was pricier than expected. $160+ for oil change and to rotate tires is excessive. They balanced tires without asking and not sure why that was needed.
They are honest, very reliable.

We apologize for neglecting to tell you about balancing when the rear tires go to the front they often vibrate if not balanced so we try to avoid a comeback by pre-emtively preventing that.
