Experience was good. Felt I received open, honest feedback on what repairs were needed. Could do a better job of making sure customer understands total cost of repairs and difference between parts and labor. For example, was told a "power steering hose" was leaking and needed to be replaced. When I received bill, the "hose" was over $300!! No PS hose costs that much. I'm assuming more than just a hose was needed. That should have been explained...even if it was after the estimate was provided.
