It’s very rare that you find a business, any type of business for that matter, that is willing to go the extra mile for you. I have scheduled and completed three separate service appointments with Avalon Motorsport and I truly believe that I have found the best automotive facility in Denver. It’s one thing to make that first impression count but what really matters is the consistency and dedication behind it. Every time I call and or come in I have been greeted as if I am part of their family. Unlike most repair shops that are far too eager to inflate the price of a service and take your money, Avalon Motorsports definitely looks to take care of its customers. The shop is clean, the service writers are polite, respectful and friendly and the technicians working on the cars demonstrate the same level, if not exceed the level of knowledge and experience that you would expect to receive at a higher priced dealer service center.
Each time I have come in Dustin has been nothing less than exceptional. He not only answers my questions to my satisfaction but also takes the time to ask me questions. That type of interaction builds rapport and trust. I am very big on building and valuing relationships and it’s because of Dustin’s genuine concern and customer service that I find myself returning to Avalon Motorsports.
The little things do matter; from the Avalon swag presented in my car upon picking it up to the attention to detail relating to every aspect of the appointment. I will definitely be referring my friends to Avalon Motorsports. Thank you kindly for all the work and dedication you have shown with each service provided.
Also, on a side note, I will be in soon to take advantage of the opportunity to rent that 911, Dustin. My wife and I do need a break and soon!
