Jordan is a joy - it is one thing to enjoy a experience with a skilled stylist but to also feel you are with a friend makes a total experience. I have had at least three visits with her expert guidance.
My only issue is not with Jordan but with I suppose would say support staff. I left some very special( to me) earrings in the salon. My appt was on a Friday aftyernoon I returned right after realizing my loss but the salon was closed. I called and left a message asking to be contacted - understanding the salon was closed on Monday and was probably extremely busy that Saturday I was not surprised not to receive a call. However when Tuesday passed and no call I called again. After a total of three calls I went to the salon this past Friday. I was asked to write a note and did so. I did finally get to to pass the description of my earrings on Saturday. Again my disappointment is not with my stylist but with the follow up from efforts to have my loss found.
