My color and cut are so fantastic. I usually go to Paris Parker in Baton Rouge, but being 34 weeks pregnant and having an 11 month old at home I decided I would try out the aveda institute in Covington. I am so glad I did, I was a little worried because I knew my color and cut would be done by a student and I have been going to the same people in Baton Rouge for many years, but I was very pleased! In fact, I plan on coming back in the future. My mom and husband loved my cut and color as well. My husband really loved that I saved him so much money as well. Thanks so much! :)

Checked in Waited half an hour past appointment time for them to find someone to do services ,cut was good once they found someone, had an appointment set for mani pedi,then they said there was not appointment for that .....daughter in law sat in chair for over 4 hours for color that looks horrible( completely botched her hair up ( hats for her until tomorrow)has to go back a second day for them to fix it,also had mani pedi scheduled to only be told its only for mani,but she wouldn't have it done because she was there until past closing for the hair color...Aveda has always been great,clearly they dropped the ball this time

The stylist that was assigned to me was nothing short of amazing.. i was able to style my hair later fast and with ease. She was friendly and engaged in conversation very well. She earned her tip!

Not too good! Lacey was a very sweet lady but slow. 4 1/2 hours to color & bilauge my hair!!! Oh she did “trim” my shag cut but had no idea what she was doing so she barely cut anything. She was able to blow dry my hair but not style it because I came in at 9:30 and it’s now 2!!! I just wanted to leave! She was way too meticulous. I was so disappointed. It was frizzy when I left so I just put it up in a clip for the rest of the day.
