Satisfactory only because an educator stepped in to finish the job.

Had a good experience in the past but this time I was assigned someone who didn’t seem to have even the basic skills. Tried to be patient and kind but they really should not have had the girl doing this yet and it was frustrating for her and me. Two hours for simple trim.

The atmosphere in Aveda hair schools are clean and smells great. You are greeted and assisted with checking in shortly after arriving and directed to have a seat until the student escorts you to the service area (facials or hair). I love getting facials at the school because they use the same products as thier license salons. I got the 90 minute dual chemical peel and always leave satisfied. Again, the aroma therapy...softly lit private facial rooms are relaxing and comfortable. Aveda is a good choice for self-care and saving money.

First thing I notice when I walked in Aveda was how gorgeous it was inside. My friend Carla made my experience even better with how well she took care of me, in love with my new hair look! Definitely will be back soon:)

Kristine Anne was fabulous. At my last appointment, when I met her, I immediately rebooked with her. Yesterday we finished my spring hair by taking the overall color we did 6 weeks ago, refining it by adding more red and adding highlight. She came up with time and money saving idea to do a half head, but added some highlights at the bottom so I could pull my hair up into a ponytail.

I booked my next two appointments with her when I left, which take me to the end of June when she graduates.

I also have to shout out to the instructors who are always so willing to help the students as well as the clients with any questions that arise.

My experience at Aveda was one of a kind. Very welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. We were there to tour the school for my daughter and it just turned into a full on experience. We wound up getting complimentary facials and I walked out looking radiant and 5 years younger! I have always loved Aveda products and to know my daughter will be attending the school makes me happy!
