I look forward to getting off to Dallas for a facial at the Aveda Institute once or twice a year. The ladies in training are really good. This time, Simone did my facial and was perfect. Not a weak touch but never painful, my preference exactly. Very relaxed and comfortable presence, professional and warm. I'll return again!

I have been going to aveda for last 3 years. However this was first time when I went for hair color retouch and the student didn’t do a good job . I still have grey hair on both sides of my head

The place is very nice and clean. Staff friendly and students do their best under the instructors.

I highly recommend this place but be careful when they choose the color they will use for your treatment. My student followed the recommendation of the instructor and they retouch the roots of my hair with the wrong color. I an sad.

This is a training school for cosmetology and estheticians. Enjoyed the facial. Will be back. I’m completely happy to have these students practice on me. Great job and shout out to Olivia! She’s going to be amazing and successful!

My stylist was a 5.

However, the female receptionist was about a 2. She was not friendly, did not communicate scheduling delays to customers and acted irritated when I inquired after waiting for 15 + minutes and watching at least 5 others be seated before me. She was indifferent and unapologetic when a woman who had an online appointment--with confirmation--was somehow not on the schedule. The man who was working with her was friendly and helpful.

I will be back, but the front desk needs help.
