Jo was excellent and I wish her luck after graduation. Kayla the instructor was the BEST I have ever interacted with!! She knew what she was doing, she listened, she never demeaned anyone - clients or students. She didn’t hang around with the other educators like a click. She kept her eyes on the floor and was immediately available to assist the students.
Next time I book, I will make sure Kayla is working even though she is transitioning back to retail.
