The student did a terrible job with dye and longer hair, my neck is still stained and she left the color on for over an hour and also tangled my hair very badly. I understand it’s a school but no instructor ever came over to check progress or review.

The esthetician was amazing! I just wish the spa had head rest on tables. Thie head rest allows you to relax your neck more. Overall a wonderful treatment done with amazing TLC.

The student listened closely, asked questions, and worked diligently to give me the haircut I wanted. She did really well.

One thing that the school must emphasize with all their students is the importance of how they present themselves. They are, after all, in the beauty industry. Their own appearance should always be clean, neat, and well groomed.

Let's just say the educator, student, and client were having a bad day and leave it at that.

This long-time client won't be returning for a very LONG time.

In addition to the lack of respect from the salon team, I woke up to discover that my hair is noticeably longer on one side than the other. I now have to go somewhere to get this fixed, because I don't feel comfortable going back. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Generally, the service here is stellar. Don't know what went wrong, but I felt something was off from the time I sat in the chair.

I went to have partial foils. I explained what I wanted to happened clearly. Keep the dark roots and make the blond on the ends lighter. We'll they covered the dark roots completely and didn't lighten the ends. They tried to fix it afterwards but it is still horrible. The girls need more practice on blow drying curly hair. The instructor never came back to check my hair when I was finished. My hair looked better before the salon visit.
