My experience was lovely from beginning to end: the cashier, the student, and the educator. Everyone was friendly. I returned to the student I went to last time. She did a great job again and was so helpful with tips and advice for the health of my hair and styling it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my service with Marie Bourgeois. She explained what she was doing, let me know how to maintain, and answered all my questions! When I booked my appointment, I let her know that I wanted her to decide on color. She picked my color and did an excellent job. Truly satisfied!

Service was fine. Student should respect clients wishes as to what kind of drying, brushing etc is requesting. Client pays for service so service should be exactly what client wants and does not want. Also, front desk must be more efficient in recording All services on client profile. This is the only way a client can request a hair color formula. If a clients color was done on ie January 10, 1999, it has to be recorder for reference purposes. If not, it’s like starting all over from scratch. Thanks

Alex takes great pride in her work! I love her attention to detail and care she took in giving the best experience possible. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my hair colored and cut, and she surpassed expectations! Everyone i encountered at Aveda was nice and helpful, i thoroughly enjoyed. Will be back!
