Everyone looks lost, from front dest to service providers. Very loud and and the place feels dirty. My back facial was the worse ever I’m not sure how it works but they should prepare the students more before seeing clients. My 5 years old would do a better job then what I actually got done.

Taiesha made it a great experience! She was professional and his very skilled, my hair turned out better than I could imagine. So happy that Aveda takes the time and care to partner with gifted stylists of color, who can handle all hair types.

It was a little bit disorganized. The waiting line was confusing, the facial was great very professional and attentive but when it got to the haircut I wait like 45 minutes pass my appointment time to be call then the student was tired and hungry and afraid to mess up the hair so the stylist teacher that was very good start the hair cut but was busy with other students and another one finish but kind of change what I want. I understand is a school but I walk out with not what I want .

The master student was great! The front desk REALLY needs help. They were very inefficient and not knowledgeable. They may need more training. They appeared to be very short staffed. I've been visiting for several years now and this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had.

Location has NO guest parking to start. Arrived, got checked in and then was brought back. For my hair treatment it took an hour before the educator came by to talk about service. Agreed on direction the student started. The educator was all over the student working on my hair about random stuff but in the end my shirt was bleached, back was wet, and I ended up leaving with wet hair because I was expecting 4 hours and wnded up being 6 hours. I don’t feel this location in Orlando is ran as good as other Aveda locations I have attended. Students were just doing whatever they wanted and there were sooo many people in the building it was uncomfortable. There were like 6 or more instructors and yet there were sooo many students tge wait to get help was forever. The pricing was more than posted online and even though they review the price before they say if they need to use more product it will be additional. The student did a great job, but the last bowl mixed with product was barely used and feel could have avoided another $15 add on.
