I purchased the New Plant Stem Cell Series facial for 4 services at $155.00 for a gift for my husband. When he got there they told him I purchased a gift card verses the series pkg. He ended up getting the base facial for $40.00. Why would anyone do a gift card for such an odd amount of $155.00??? At the time of purchase I showed the girl their pamphlet and showed her the exact pkg I wanted which cost $155.00. She even asked for the pamphlet back since they only had one left. His basic facial was good but it wasn't what I purchased. The girl rang it up wrong. Very upsetting since it was an Anniversary gift. They do an excellant job on their services but be careful when buying any of the series packages.

Hello, Thank you so much for reaching out to us about this issue. During the process of the transaction, the retail associate realized that the guest had purchased a Gift Card, rather than a series package. Instead of having your husband pay for a package series to use towards the facial; we decided that it was best to just use the Gift Card. Since we are unable to refund Gift Cards, the only other option for payment was through card, or purchasing a series to use towards the facial. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist with, so we can assure that you will have a pleasant experience with us in the future. Had no idea it was possible. I went in for a crown expecting the usually...shape the tooth, take a mold of it, make a temporary crown and wait 2 weeks to get the real crown. Not with Dr Gaud. After shaping the tooth, he pulled out a camera gizmo and took a picture of the shaped crown base tooth, the opposing tooth and the bite. Then the computer design program took over and in 10 minutes he was holding the new crown. Amazing. He then fitted the new crown for proper bite. Subsequently, the new crown did have to be baked for 40 minutes while I waited to bring it to its finished hardness. Then it was cemented on and I walked out the door ready to eat. Still amazed.
