the color. re-touch was great. However the hair cut was another story. My dog would have done a better job. Upon arrival I brought a picture of a hair style that I wanted the student to even attempt to cut and style my hair. the student looked at the picture. when the educator came over I also advised him of the info. after my color re-touch. the student attempted to start cutting my hair, totally forgetting the picture that I had on her counter. the educator came over and did not look at the pic. but told her she needed to leave the top of my hair and start at the bottom. clearly this was her first hair cut as a master student. she called the educator over 2x and he tried to tell her but she failed to mover forward. in the end the educator ending up BUTCHERING MY HAIR. not sure what it ended up as. but what a terrible experience. the educator nor the student cared about cutting my hair. Is this how a master student is trained and will graduate to carry on the prestige AVEDA Institute? I know some students don't care about being at the school maybe just to past time, but the Educators should know better and DO BETTER. Edgar is a great educator and has assisted students and showing them the correct way to cut and style from a picture. Edgar was not my student's educator on Thursday.

This was my second appointment with Demi, and it was a wonderful experience. She is meticulous, an expert with color, and knows what cut works with my fine hair. Demi is also super pleasant and considerate. Looking forward to her next hair creation!

I received a special on an email and since I was going with my daughter to get her a hair cut, I decided to take in the special of a free Shampoo wash and dry which I told the receptionist making the appointment. When we go there at 4:30 our appointment was at 4:45, we sat there waiting for about 40 minutes, I asked what was going on and the front desk told us we should be next. Then my daughter was called, a few minutes later I was called by the same person that took my daughter and said she would be doing my hair since they had to move my daughter to another person because she could not do the haircut, when it was time to pay my daughter was charged and so was I. I explained to the person in the front desk that I had made the appointment specifying the intention to use the coupon to where the lady proceeded to tell me that I did not tell them that when I got there, I told them that I did say it when I made the appointment and did not think that I had to repeat it, either way there was a big commotion to who was doing our hair because they did not know who was doing our hair when we arrived that it did not occur to me. To make a long story short they charged me because they said they could not do anything but give me a discount on both services. Either way I ended up paying, which makes me feel that I was caught in a bait and switch situation which is illegal.

I really enjoyed my Tulasera facial with Evonne. She listened to my concerns and did an excellent job. I added the plant mask for extra hydration and to target the fine lines on my face. It was a relaxing experience. I would do these facials monthly if they offered the promotion.

The only negative was that the front desk staff are very busy. I had to wait ten minutes in line to sign in for my appointment.

Dr. Lindh is professionally personable. He explained to me the problem and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. Even though it was my first time in this office, he was able to evaluate the problem (I needed a crown), took very cool pictures and created the permanent crown while I was in the chair. - It really is 21st century magic! The entire staff was amazingly friendly and warm and the office environment is very Covid clean! While waiting for the crown to "bake" I sent a text to my wife saying, "stop looking, we found our new dentist!"
