Mixed feedback. I had an appointment at 8:30. I arrived at 8:25, checked in, and had to ask again at 9 AM if there was an issue with my appointment or stylist. I think they contacted the stylist then and I had an additional 10-15 minute wait. Several people who had come after me were taken back for services by roughly 8:50 at the latest. The stylist was skilled and very nice but did not seem to know much about color or perhaps was reluctant to give advice. I was grateful that she asked an instructor for advice, who picked out exactly the right color blend. The stylist did a great job on that and on shaping my hairstyle after the color. I had requested a manicure but the stylist had not been filled in on that and felt rushed. She did as well as she could but there were drawbacks beyond her control: 1. The manicure area is dark and neither of us could see my nails or the application well at all. There were not even table lamps to offset the lack of overhead lighting in that hallway. 2. The color selection was very (very) limited; I was offered a choice of about 8 unique colors, total, most of which were garish and/or sparkly. 3. My hands were soaked in soapy water but not rinsed and no manicure was done other than a little filing of nails (i.e., no cuticle pushing or removal, etc.).4. The polish was nearly see-through after it was applied. I had to ask for another coat and she did a good job of applying it despite the lack of light. 5. Because polish was applied before my soaked nails could dry (a manicure in between would have given them time to dry), it began chipping off that night (after having it done 8 hours earlier), even though I was taking great care not to expose my nails to damage. It is possible that the polish was inferior in addition to not allowing the nails to dry thoroughly. My nails are looking even worse this morning so I will have to go somewhere else to get my nails done this week. The color, wash/rinse, trim, and polish took longer than most at the school (about 3.5 hours total) despite a rushed manicure (due to the desks' scheduling issues?). However, the stylist was pleasant and listened and, again, did a great job on the color and trim. I've already gotten compliments on the color! The instructor was great, too. Overall, everyone was friendly but their process seems disorganized and the instructors barely checked in and I'm not sure how well the students are being trained. Still, I'd return for color but I'll be more assertive about not having to wait nearly 45 minutes to get in the chair and will never get a manicure or other nail services there.

Asia did my facial and although I have nothing to compare it to,!it was such a relaxing experience. I will definitely do it again. Jordan cut my hair and I was very pleased with her as well. I have been going there since they opened. I have had only good experiences.

The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming. Also very efficient. Treatment by Kailie was excellent, which provided much needed stress relief.

From the receptionist to the stylist, it was a splendid experience. Professional, warm, efficient.. liked it alit.

My husband got a hair cut and beard trim. I went in with Grizzly Adam's and came out with George Cloony. He really like his barber.

My technician was new ( I could hear her flipping through notes or a textbook) but excellent. I was able to apply a discount that started after I booked, so I only paid $20 (plus a tip - tip your person). Excellent quality and service.
