I loved the haircut that was done and it was explained to me that I still had to let my hair grow out just a little more to get the inspiration cut that I had selected. Also had my granddaughter have her her colored and although it couldn’t be competed at this visit it was also explained what had to be done she did get the haircut she wanted and loved it! Thanks for being so professional and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of product options. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I've been in twice and neither time did anyone mention the free full size product deal if I purchased a hair treatment which I did. I forgot to ask which is my fault. I'm thinking the institute does not honor the online offers even though they indicated in store also.

I was blessed to have Brad this semester; he and instructor Ryan make a great team and they even gave me a written suggestions on epsom soak w stress fix for arthritis. Never had that much care. Brads eucalyptus oil experience is a supplement to the 90 minute massage: he uses the correct pressure and adjusts it for more sensitive body parts without you having to tell him. He pays special attention to the body drainage system and not just the skin. I thought his neck massage was phenomenal until he got to the feet wow. Are you sure he’s a beginning student? Other than a few minor things which his instructor will pass on to him to improve I would give him and excellent rating today and look forward to seeing him the next two appts in March and April before he graduates!

Actually...I haven't been in Florida since 2012 !!! I was in Colorado until 2021....Now I am in Michigan....Plymouth, Michigan to be exact...I have never never had a bad experience at all of your Aveda Stores...especially the "Aveda Store" at Colorado Mills...in Golden, Colorado. Soooo, please unsubscribe me from your mailing list...
