Actually...I haven't been in Florida since 2012 !!! I was in Colorado until 2021....Now I am in Michigan....Plymouth, Michigan to be exact...I have never never had a bad experience at all of your Aveda Stores...especially the "Aveda Store" at Colorado Mills...in Golden, Colorado. Soooo, please unsubscribe me from your mailing list...

The students and educators are great. The institution itself needs updated and many things in the school need to be fixed. The pedicure room is freezing, the bathroom is dark, doors don't lock, the whole building is old and needs help.

Very disappointing visit. After scheduling on line, I called the salon to confirm the service I needed. After color was applied & I was washed out, I was informed my student did not have enough time to continue and I was handed off to a lower level student. When this student took the towel off my head, my hair color was PURPLE. The instructor came over and insisted once dry it would be blond. She dried a portion of it and the purple remained. I had to insist this was not acceptable. I was returned to the bowl for "correction". My hair was totally white. I asked if anyone had time to at least put some low lights in or anything and was told no - I would have to come back another day.

This is not a good example to the students to not provide enough time for customer satisfaction.

I had to locate another salon to make the color correction and of course cost me time & money.

Monyetta gets an A++ for one of the most relaxing massages I have had in awhile. The linens and room smelled so fresh upon arrival and the mini foot rub during foot bath time was heaven. Her dynamics and creative new use of Thai techniques on the legs was the highlight and I had not seen that done yet at Aveda. Her timing was on point and flowed through the massage with ease. She is careful to communicate to your pressure/needs and pays close attention to clients comfort level by added Aromatherapy and hot towels. She took more care than the average student. I walked out of the massage on cloud 9. She is multi talented and also did my eyebrows to perfection. I would highly recommend Monyetta and glad I could book with her before she graduates next month. Not only has she found her calling but her customer service skills are cheerfully impeccable. Wishing you every success for a bright future for you and your son. Feb 22
