From the Moment I walked in Deanna and Parker were welcoming me back.. They work very hard an Efficient at the front desk.I’ve never had a bad experience. Friday on the other hand was a little above and beyond. I had a facial by Jade. She was excellent as well as her instructor kathlyn. Not sure of the spelling of her name. Then I went for a wash and style and had a new student named Rachel that takes her work very serious and the outcome was great. Of course she was supervised by the best Lindsay her instructor. Lindsay is always there to help the students All the students all have great things to say about her. NOTHER GREAT DAY AT AVEDA. TU Patricia

The experience was nice, it takes much longer than normal to have a service completed but I do understand that it is literally a learning process for the students so that doesn't bother me. I thought it was strange that the trainer told me that I needed to leave a tip.

Peyton and her two teachers, Lexi and I forget the other one’s name, but she had pink hair, were lovely! The visit was a delightful experience and my color and cut were wonderful. Peyton’s personality was so sweet and made the experience one I would love to repeat.

A few notes: The sinks need a better water heater. The water is uncomfortably cold. Also, it would be great if everyone work works there and students wore masks for safety at this time. Finally, it would be helpful if guests could be given an estimate of how long their appointment will take (an estimate/ window of time) when they book, so we can plan. The time is hard for customers to estimate Bc students take longer than experienced stylists.

I was given a 445 appointment (only thing available booked in December) which I felt was too late in the day and wouldn’t get quality service I’m usually there 3-4 hrs My hair is just below shoulders I got color and partial hi lights My hair color turned out really dark .Maybe the toner wasn’t on long enough I don’t know but it’s a very dark brown..hi lights not as lite as usual and minimal..not really happy but couldn’t really say anything at 800pm when I left at closing time. The girl I had was the sweetest girl ever! But she was tired and ready to go home. She will be super good as training n time goes on. Just a little too soon to be all alone without any assistance from her super I felt. Thank You Pam Caudill

Doc was pleasant enough, and answered all my questions patiently. Excessive charge for Contact lens fitting not covered by insurance. $185, really, for the extra 5 minutes ! In addition to what was charged to my insurance. Quite a nice hourly wage and I was told that amount in advance but it needn’t have been so high. Once you’re there and you have the appointment it would’ve been more inconvenient to leave and look for another provider. Receptionist was nice to me, but seemed short with phone customers while I waited for my appointment.
