People were great. Facial and colour. Unfortunately the colour ended up much darker than it should be. I voiced concern twice but they said it was just that my hair was wet. Perhaps they should have done something for me while I was still there.

It was apparently the first Undercut for the student, thought the Supervising should have given more instruction when making adjustments so she would understand what they were doing & why
