The haircut itself was fine but I'm not sure the student was ready for a customer. She forgot conditioner, parted my hair wrong, and seemed awfully concerned with how much time she was taking. At several points she lost her guide.

The quality of my haircut and attention to detail of my student stylist was amazing. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and the knowledge of the educator overseeing my cut. I only deduct stars because my entire wash, cut and blow dry took 3 hours.

I admit I have a tough head to work with. My hair is natural and plentiful. I can't comb through it, but somehow, miraculously my Stylist could. She colored my roots and patiently washed, conditioned, blow dried, and flat ironed my hair. She did an excellent job that was both pain-free, stylish, and professional. I'm very appreciative and look forward to seeing her again at my next appointment.
