I did not like being notified that alums no longer get a discount. Customer service ladies were rude in this delivery and did not offer any solution. Just Snide remarks. Will not be going back even if I am an alum

My experience has been wonderful. I brought my 85 year old Mother-in-law in for a facial for her birthday and she's been talking about it for days now.

I came back in to experience a facial for myself and it was fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. Super friendly staff from the minute we walked in the door and our Esthetician was excellent.

This was my second visit. Compared to the first one it was very loud and chaotic, there was no hot water and we had to wait on an instructor due to limited number being on the floor. Overall it was still a great experience and great hair results. Just a few minor things that could be tweaked.

I’ve been going there for about 7 years. My most recent stylist was very knowledgeable and offered additional services I wasn’t aware of. I appreciate that. When I had called to make the appointment, it was in response to an email for 50% off coloring, and I let the scheduler know that. Somehow it wasn’t notated. When I brought it up, the lady checked with the manager and they gave me $10 off.
