I always rave about Aveda Institute but warn friends that it is a school so it might take longer. My appointment took a lot longer because there were at least 3 graduation celebrations during my appointment that made grabbing an educator at each step of my color and cut difficult. Maybe space the graduations out a little bit? Even with all that, I love my color and cut!!!

I did not like being notified that alums no longer get a discount. Customer service ladies were rude in this delivery and did not offer any solution. Just Snide remarks. Will not be going back even if I am an alum
